If you are reporting an error, tell us the page and the figure. You do not need to explain why it matters. We respond within seven days, correct confirmed errors in the same window, and mark the correction visibly on the page - the policy is at editorial policy.
What we cannot help with: anything medical. This site is about rooms rather than bodies, we hold no medical qualification, and we will not answer a question about symptoms. That is a matter for a clinician.
Manufacturers: we do not accept review units, sponsored placements or paid inclusion in any ranking. If you are writing about a specification we have quoted incorrectly, we very much want to hear from you.
